Florence Chamberlin

Business Manager, Creative, Photographer

Florence brings 30 years experience in human services, organizational dynamics, and small business management to the table — as past director of Caledonia/Essex County Court Diversion and executive director at Northeast Kingdom Youth Services. She has watched and participated in the changing climate of the graphic design and communications fields, expanding her skill sets to meet the needs of clients. A Flek co-founder and business manager, Florence is also an integral part of the creative team. She is a copywriter, editor, photographer, strategic planner and account manager. She enjoy’s working with Flek’s clients (most of them) and looks forward to expanding the roster and meeting new ones.

Keith Chamberlin

Creative, Branding and Strategy, Photographer

Keith has spent his entire career — nearly 40 years now — working in creative services as a photographer, graphic designer, copywriter and strategist for clients with a local, Vermont, national and global reach. Keith and his wife Florence started Flek in 1997, after 15 formative, wonderful years at Troll Press. At Flek he shares design, photography and copy writing duties, with a strong lean toward logos and branding. He especially likes Flek’s ability to conceive, write, design and produce in so many disciplines: print design, websites and e-commerce, packaging, display graphics, location and studio photography, media planning, and project management. Keith returned to Flek in May 2015 after a 5-year stint as Communications and Marketing Director at Lyndon State College.

Amy Hale

Design, Web Development,
New Media, Creative

Amy has been working in the design field since graduating from Lyndon State in 1993. Her years of designing for print include cutting her teeth at Troll Press in 1994 and running her own freelance business (AHA! Design) before joining Flek in 1999. Oh and then that internet thing blossomed and with it her skills as a web developer. And in 2006 she became a partner. Amy handles any and all aspects of design and production, web development, print buying and customer service. Always visually and electronically curious, Amy creates design solutions and embraces new technology all with one goal in mind, that Flek’s clients be the best they can be.
